Situated directly on the shores of Lake Wörthersee, the Youth and Family Hostel Cap Wörth offers ideal conditions for varied and exciting school sports weeks. With its private bathing beach, spacious park grounds, sports facilities, indoor swimming pool, and modern common rooms, the hostel has something for every group. The lively Velden lakeside promenade is only a few minutes’ walk away and invites you to explore in the evenings.
Accommodation & Meals:
All rooms are equipped with shower and WC. Smaller groups can also stay in the charming lakeside house.
Catering includes a rich breakfast buffet, three-course lunches and dinners, as well as packed lunches on request. Meals are served in the bright dining rooms or on the lakeside terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Wörthersee.
Sports Program with MitUns School Sports Weeks:
The sports program is organized and conducted by our cooperation partner MitUns. A wide range of activities is available, all supervised by qualified instructors:
- Sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, SUP
- Mountain biking, Nordic walking
- Tennis, golf, horse riding
- Beach volleyball, football
- Diving, water skiing, banana boating
Each group selects two sports to focus on throughout the week. All equipment and professional instruction are provided.

- Indoor swimming pool (accessible for school groups upon request)
- Multi-purpose rooms with stage facilities
- Table tennis, bicycle rental, internet café, SAT-TV rooms

Arrival & Departure:
Sports weeks usually begin on Sunday or Monday with lunch and end on Friday or Saturday around midday after the final sports session. Other arrival and departure dates are available on request.
